I Smell Something HEALTHY

They said that you should eat like a beggar at night. I am being a little health conscious these past few days so I've decided to follow that saying and think a lot more about my health. Last night, I ate a baked fish for dinner. Fish is packed with protein, vitamins, and nutrients that can lower blood pressure and help reduce the risk of a heart attack or stroke, which is obviously good for the health. So right now, I'll show you a simple yet delicious recipe that you should try!

Ingredients:

• 4 slices of any white meat fish (your own choice)
• 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
• 1/4 cup bread crumbs
• 2 tbsp Dried Thyme
• 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
• Pepper
• Olive Oil for drizzling

Procedure:

1. First is to season the fish with Pepper and Dried Thyme. Rub it to the meat of the fish. 

2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Parmesan Cheese, Bread Crumbs, Garlic Powder, and a dash of dried thyme. We don't need salt anymore because the cheese will give this dish a salty flavor.

3. Dredge the fish on the cheese mixture. Place the fish on the baking pan and drizzle some olive oil.

4. Bake at 300 °F for 15-20 or until the coat gets brown and the fish is already flaky. DO NOT OVER BAKE or your fish will be dry.

5. Serve with a vegetable on side, depending on your choice. You can use corn kernels, asparagus, lemon wedge or whatever you want. Mine is carrots and green beans sauteed in butter.

I kissed Louis Tomlinson

Last night is probably one of my greatest dream. I dreamed about Louis Tomlinson of the famous boy band, One Direction and not just that. I kissed him. I wish that was real. LOL! Okay, I will tell you about the story in my dream. Note: I didn’t make this up. It really came out on my mind when I was sleeping. Seriously, it was so magical for me.

I was sitting in this small food chain when I saw Louis sitting and waiting for his order. There are no screaming fans and the people are just ignoring him. I looked at him and closed my eyes. I asked myself, "Gosh, Is that Louis?” I opened my eyes and yes, he’s still there and yes, he is the real Louis Tomlinson. I stood up and walked towards him. He saw me and smile. I said Hi! He stood up and reached his arms to me. I furiously hugged him. I looked at him and I cried on his chest like I was a little shy girl. Oh, I can still imagine what I looked like in my dreams. He hugged me and keeps on tapping my back. “Hey, hey, are you okay?” he asked. I didn't answer a word but I shook my head, no and I kept on crying. “I just can’t believe that you’re here and I’m with you right now” I told him while sobbing. Then I cheered up, I asked him, “Can we take a picture?” and of course he said yes! I kept on wiping my eyes because my tears can’t stop on falling. My sister took a photo of us with her tablet. I asked him, “Can I kiss you for the photo?” “I’m sorry?” he asked. “I mean, can she took a photo of us while I'm kiss you on your cheeks?” “Oh, yeah no problem” he replied. My sister took a photo of me while kissing Louis Tomlinson. And Louis’ order came and he said, “nice meeting you” and he kissed me back. Xx

Forgive me, everyone! 

AAHH, GOSH! I wish that was real! I can still remember what he was wearing on my dream! OMG, OMG! He was wearing a horizontally stripped red shirt with a brown pants and a top sider, while I’m wearing a very simple white shirt and a pants. OHMYGOODNESS! I SERIOUSLY WISH THAT IT WASN’T JUST A DREAM! I’m freaking out!

I really, really love you Louis! I am a Tommo girl ever since! You are so perfect for me and I’m not saying that because I like you but because you really are! You are so handsome, so kind, so charming, so funny with a very angelic voice. I’m 98% that you won’t be able to see this but that remaining 2% keeps me on believing that you will and If you do, please always remember that I LOVE YOU and I WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU no matter what happens! Yes, I am just a fangirl and I am not as pretty as those other girls but I am always here for you and for the rest of the boys! I love you all and I wish you all the best to come even though you guys are now on the TOP of the WORLD.

Breaking the Record

If you are paying attention on what’s happening on the Twitter World then you can probably relate on what I will be telling you. One Direction already released their newest music video. The Story of My Life is the newest single of the band that will also be on their upcoming album (Midnight Memories). If you already watched the music video then you can’t deny the fact that it is really, really wonderful. The first time I watched the video, tears fell out of my eyes. I cried a little especially on the last part of the video when Louis’ grandparents slowly faded. Oh, it was so emotional and so touching. Time really flew so past but hey! They are very famous and successful now!

As a Proud Directioner, I am inviting you to watch the video for you to notice the amazingness of it and also to add a number of counts. Let's break that freaking record! I already watched it more than a hundred times. Seriously. We, the Directioners, are inviting you to help us to gain more views on the video because it really means a lot to us, especially to me and of course to the boys. Laguna, my home ♥

Last October 21, 2013, my Family and I traveled to Manila, Philippines to have a vacation. We arrived at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport at exactly 12:28 in the midnight. We headed straight to my father’s ancestral house at Paranaque City. We are so tired so we took a rest.

Monday. My mother woke me up at 10 am saying that we will go to the Mall (SM City Bicutan) to shop. We spent so many hours at the mall and later on, my father called my mom that he already arrived at the mall and we will be going to Laguna! Yeaaahh! I'm always looking forward to go to Laguna every Vacation because it’s my mother’s hometown and we have a Family Friend there that we always went to. I have so many memories in Laguna which made me love that town so much. It only took us an hour and a half to travel from Manila to Calamba, Laguna. We went to Calamba to check our lot that my mother bought because we haven’t seen it for a long time. We just spend 20 minutes, I guess. Next stop is Pila, Laguna. Finally, we once again saw our Family Friend, the Fabillan Family. We have so many things to talk about because we haven’t seen each other for two years. We talked, and talked, and talked the whole night.

The Next Day, Tuesday, while eating breakfast, my friend Edieson asked me if I want to go swimming, and of course I said yes. Vacation isn’t a vacation without swimming! HAHAHA! His mother planned to went to Crismar Resort because it’s very near to their house and we can surely find peace for our relaxation.

We spent 7 hours at that Resort. We enjoyed the time because we are the only guest on that place. It’s like we rent the whole place. HAHA! The place wasn’t so bad at all. They had three swimming pools and a big fish pond where you can go fishing. The “eco-friendly” term suits the location. 

We went home at past 5 in the afternoon and after taking a shower, we drove 10-15 mins. to the Provincial Capitol of Laguna which is located at Sta. Cruz, just a town next to Pila. I was shocked at the place because it’s very, very different from what I’ve seen a long time ago. I was shocked at the beautiful and very creative architectural works that Governor Jeorge “ER” Ejercito had put into it. It’s is very wonderful especially at night where you can see different and magnificent lighting of the surroundings.  We went to the Governor’s office and took a picture with the place. We waited for us to enter his main office so we can have a picture with him but sadly, he is so busy that time so we decided to just leave. While we were on the stairs, I noticed that it is the perfect place where we can took a group picture so, GROUPIE!

Look Up Everyone!

We went home and talk a lot more! We can’t stop sharing something until we noticed the time. It’s already midnight and we need to take a rest. When I woke up the next day, I suddenly felt so sad because I don’t wanna leave. Duh! Two days isn’t enough but we really need to go back to Manila. Our vacation is limited. I am secretly wiping my tears on our car because I really am sad. I loved them so much. I missed the bonding moments and we will wait again for a long time to see each other. While on the road, we stopped to buy some Laguna delicacies at Vic’s Honey where you can buy Fresh Honey, Coconut Jam which is my all-time favorite, some banana chips, shing-a-ling (I don’t know if that’s correct) and so much more! We also bought Buko Pies and Cassava Cake, oohh! Tempting!

My overall experience at Laguna was so fun. Our vacation was very simple because we didn't even try to do something extremely adventurous because we are so tired that time, we just want to relax and have a peace of mind. Two days really isn't enough but we have nothing to do with it. A very special thanks to the Fabillan Family for accommodating us so well. ♥

Visit Laguna and you can do a lot more than what we have done. I’m sure that you will love it.
